Hayling Helis is a small flying club based on Hayling Island for flying RC model helicopters only. The Club has a good sized flying site on the east of the Island overlooking Chichester harbour. The site is a large field which is shared with horses.

The club was set up in December 2000 by one person who had sole rights on any decision making, but in 2007 he handed the club over to the members. A committee was elected who now carry out the day to day running of the club’s business.

We have flyers of all levels from novices learning to hover through to established 3D pilots. There is no pressure to fly at any level outside of your comfort zone, it is to be enjoyed. If help is needed, that’s not a problem our members have a wealth of knowledge and experiences to call upon..
